Egleton Leroy Woodside Jr. is the Founder and Executive Director of iChoir Planet™, a transformational music education and performance ecosystem designed to develop singers, musicians, leaders, and communities through the power of gospel music, education, technology, and innovation.
With more than 30 years of leadership experience across music, ministry, education, technology, media, and community development, Leroy brings a rare combination of creative excellence and operational leadership to iChoir Planet™. He has built organizations, developed educational programs, produced music and media experiences, and created systems designed to scale impact across communities.
Education & youth development

Before launching iChoir Planet™, Leroy founded and operated iWorshipChurch/iKids Learning Center in North Carolina, establishing a faith-based childcare and educational environment serving children from infancy through age 12. The organization was incorporated as a nonprofit religious and educational corporation, and iKids Learning Center received approval to begin operations through the North Carolina Division of Child Development and Early Education.

Shekinah Woodside
Shekinah Woodside serves as Assistant Director of iChoir Planet™ and brings together a unique blend of music, education, child development, and creative leadership to help develop the next generation of singers.
With a passion for using music as a tool for learning, confidence, and personal growth, Shekinah specializes in creating engaging musical experiences for children and young performers. Her background in early childhood education has equipped her with expertise in classroom leadership, age-appropriate instruction, student development, and family engagement.
As a Pre-K Lead Teacher, Shekinah has developed and implemented creative learning experiences that integrate music, movement, rhythm, and interactive activities to strengthen literacy, numeracy, memory, and social-emotional development. She has also led music-based classroom programming through Harmony and Hearts, helping children discover the connection between sound, learning, and expression.
Within iChoir Planet™, Shekinah supports vocal development, rehearsal preparation, student engagement, and the continued growth of iChoir Kidz™, the foundational children’s division designed to introduce young singers to gospel music, harmony, creativity, and performance excellence.
Leadership Responsibilities

Shekinah also brings experience with music technology and digital creativity, including work with GarageBand and Logic Pro for music production and audio development.
Leadership Pathway
Her long-term leadership pathway is focused on growing from Assistant Director into future educational leadership roles, including iChoir Kidz™ Director, Director of Early Childhood Music Education, and expanded leadership within the iChoir Planet™ Academy and curriculum development initiatives.
Shekinah represents the heart of iChoir Planet’s mission: developing voices, building confidence, and creating a lifelong love for music through education, excellence, and community.
