iChoir Planet™ owns or lawfully controls the content, program architecture, branding, educational materials, website content, and operational materials it creates and publishes, except where another owner is expressly identified. Original musical compositions, designated sound recordings, publishing assets, and related catalog rights may be owned or administered by Woodside Legacy Publishing™ or another identified rights holder. Nothing on this website transfers ownership to a visitor, member, parent, partner, employee, contractor, licensee, or participating organization.
Participant submissions, names, images, performances, and recordings remain subject to the applicable enrollment, talent, media-release, employment, contractor, or licensing agreement. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

- Removing copyright, trademark, attribution, watermark, digital-rights, or access-control notices.
- Sharing member-only credentials, paid resources, rehearsal materials, student information, or confidential operational documents.
- Commercial performance, synchronization, mechanical reproduction, adaptation, arrangement, recording, print distribution, or broadcast of controlled music without the required license.
Limited personal viewing of publicly available website content does not authorize public performance, commercial exploitation, redistribution, or institutional use.
Permission by Agreement
Licensing Statement & Agreements
Approved licenses may be available for educational, church, choir, performance, print, mechanical, synchronization, recording, broadcast, digital, touring, chapter, certification, and commercial uses. Every license must be documented in a written agreement identifying the material, approved use, territory, term, audience, fees or royalties, attribution, reporting duties, and restrictions. Silence, access, purchase, enrollment, or prior collaboration does not create a license.
License requests should be sent to info@ichoirplanet.com. Music users are responsible for obtaining every license required for their intended use from each applicable rights holder and performing-rights organization.

Performances, Travel, Media & Participant Rights
Participation in iChoir Planet™ or the Touring Choir™ may involve auditions, rehearsals, concerts, worship services, festivals, competitions, tours, transportation, lodging, educational activities, interviews, photography, audio recording, video production, livestreaming, broadcasting, publicity, and sponsor or partner activations. The applicable enrollment, participation, travel, safety, media-release, talent, employment, contractor, music, or performance agreement governs each activity.
Minors & Parents
A parent or legal guardian must complete required enrollment, medical, emergency-contact, travel, media, and participation permissions for a minor. Children should not independently submit sensitive information or enter contracts.
Music & Performance Rights
Participation does not transfer ownership of a singer’s preexisting work. Choir arrangements, rehearsal tracks, commissioned works, masters, recordings, broadcasts, and collective performances remain governed by written music, publishing, talent, and production agreements.
Name, Image & Likeness
Photography, recording, publicity, voice, image, likeness, biography, and performance uses require the applicable consent or release. No participant’s identity may be cloned, deceptively edited, or used to create unauthorized AI-generated performances or endorsements.
Touring & Safety
Tour schedules, attendance, conduct, chaperones, transportation, accommodations, supervision, health information, emergency procedures, cancellations, and costs are governed by written tour and participation policies. Website content alone is not a travel contract.

Privacy Policy
We may collect information you submit, including names, contact details, enrollment interests, student age ranges, applications, communications, payment-related transaction details, and program participation information. We may also receive device, browser, referral, usage, and cookie data when the site is visited.
We use information to respond to inquiries, process enrollment, deliver programs, support members and parents, administer payments, communicate updates, improve services, protect safety and security, meet legal obligations, and operate authorized marketing. We do not sell personal information for money. AI agents should not make final decisions about student safety, discipline, eligibility, talent selection, employment, contractual rights, or other matters with significant effects without appropriate human review. Users should not submit highly sensitive personal information, payment credentials, health records, government identifiers, confidential student records, or emergency information to an AI chat unless an approved secure process specifically requests it.
Where practical, we identify automated interactions and provide a path to human assistance. Information shared with an AI-enabled feature may be processed by authorized technology providers under their applicable agreements and our operational controls.
