Flexible contract models

Start with one campus. Plan for broader impact.

Campus partnership

One school location. Illustrative planning range: $15,000–$25,000 for a semester program.

Multi-campus partnership

Coordinate programming across several schools; an example scope is 3–10 campuses.

District partnership

Multiple schools, curriculum licensing, teacher support, and student events.

Summer programming

District-funded summer enrichment shaped around student needs and the district calendar.

Example pricing is for planning, not a fixed quote. Final scope, staffing, schedule, student capacity, and fees are established in a written proposal.

Student growth

Define success before the first rehearsal.

Programs are designed to develop vocal skills, confidence, teamwork, performance readiness, creative expression, leadership, and collaboration. Partners agree on measurable goals and reporting before the program begins.

Musical growth

Use beginning and ending vocal or performance rubrics to document progress.

Creative achievement

Review original compositions, recordings, and showcase work.

Engagement & leadership

Track attendance, collaboration, rehearsal responsibility, and student reflections.

Assessment methods are proposed options to be tailored with each partner; outcomes are goals, not guaranteed results.

Institutional vendor qualification package

A clear path to district readiness.

The following is a preparation framework for school procurement and onboarding. Requirements vary by district and contract. This checklist does not certify that documents, insurance, screening, registrations, or vendor approvals are already complete.

Legal & organizational documentation

Legal entity and business registration documents, EIN verification, W-9, authorized representative information, vendor profiles, and payment banking details provided securely during onboarding.

Prepare operating documents, a professional business address, dedicated email, and standard service agreements.

Insurance & risk management

Review the district’s insurance requirements and certificate wording before contracting. The planning recommendation is $1 million in general liability coverage; actual limits depend on the agreement.

Additional coverage may include workers’ compensation, professional liability, and auto insurance if transportation is provided.

Student safety & screening

Prepare criminal background screening, applicable Texas-required screening, reference verification, and district-specific clearance procedures for instructors and staff.

Document student interaction guidelines, code of conduct, emergencies, attendance, parent communication, and instructor expectations.

Instructor qualifications

Compile professional résumés, music education background, teaching and performance experience, references, and required background clearance records.

Potential teaching roles include vocal coaches, choir directors, musicians, producers, songwriters, performing artists, and music educators.

Curriculum & assessment

For each program: description, grades served, learning objectives, weekly curriculum, instructional methods, expected outcomes, and assessment approach.

Agree on age-appropriate instruction and reporting with each school before delivery.
